At Global Vision Cancer Care NGO, we deeply appreciate the generosity and support of our donors, partners, and well-wishers. As a nonprofit organization, donations and contributions received are immediately directed toward our cancer awareness programs, patient support services, and charitable activities.

For this reason, we follow a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All donations made to Global Vision Cancer Care NGO are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is completed—through the website, bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or any other method—it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred.

This applies to all types of donations, including one-time donations, recurring donations, sponsorships, event contributions, and CSR support.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Donation transactions cannot be cancelled once they are processed. Requests to cancel contributions, sponsorships, or participation in donation-based programs will not be accepted.

3. Tax Exemption & Receipts

Donors will receive an acknowledgement and/or tax exemption certificate (e.g., 80G, if applicable). If a refund is provided due to a verified technical error, the associated tax exemption receipt or certificate will stand cancelled automatically.

4. Responsibility of the Donor

Before confirming payment, donors are requested to:

• Review the donation amount
• Verify personal information
• Ensure all payment details are correct

Global Vision Cancer Care NGO is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the donor.
